Q.What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
A.We do not charge a deposit so you’ll not be charged anything if the weather cancels your event. Although there is no charge to cancel before we deliver, there will be no refund after we delivery your inflatable. Rain isn’t a problem for water inflatables but dry inflatables cannot be used during rain. ANY TIME THE WIND REACHES 15 MPH THE INFLATABLE MUST BE DEFLATED. We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time for the reason of safety to participants or our inflatables.
Q.How long are the rentals for?
A.Our standard rental time is for 6 hours but you can add hours to our standard rental for 10% of the rental cost per hour. Your event time can start at 8:30am. Our latest event end time is 6:30pm. If you wish to keep the inflatable later than 6:30pm we do offer overnight rentals for an additional 25% of the rental cost. We also offer muti-day rentals for 50% of the rental cost for each additional day.
Q.What do I the customer need to provide?
A.We supply everything except water hoses for water inflatables. Other than that you’ll need a reliable power source. A standard home power outlet is fine.
Q.When do we pay?
A.We allow for multiple ways to pay. We accept credit and debit cards through our website. You can pay the delivery person when we deliver (with cash or a check). For select businesses, churches, and schools we accept mail in checks but please let us know before hand.
Q.What time is delivery?
A.We will delivery and be completely set up BEFORE your scheduled event start time. Depending on the number of deliveries we have that day, depends on the exact time we will deliver that day. We will call or text the day before to confirm your exact delivery time.
Q.What time is pick up?
A.We will pick up after your scheduled event end time. If you need to keep the inflatable after dark or to the next day we do offer over night and multi-day rentals.
Q.Do you offer overnight, two day, or weekend rentals?
A.Yes we do! Contact us for more details and options.
Q.How flat does my yard need to be?
A.Depending on the height of the inflatable, we can make most yards work. The larger the inflatable the flatter the surface needs to be. Let us know when booking and we can make sure all safety requirements can be met.
Q.Do you offer discounts?
A.Yes! Churches, Schools, and Military discounts start at 10% off. We also run free giveaways and discounts on our Facebook Page.
Q.Do you charge for delivery?
A.Free delivery is included for any total of $130 and above. Our prices include delivery, set up, and pick up within 20 miles of our warehouse at 4051 Hwy 72 Killen, AL 35645. If farther, there will be a small delivery fee.
